Who is Greg Danz?
To understand what Danz Construction is all about and how its foundation was built, you must understand the man, Greg Danz.
Greg is a proud graduate of San Diego State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance in 1988. So thereafter, Greg returned to the bay area where he grew up. He started a small property management company working for local Real Estate companies maintaining their properties and taking care of any construction needs as they arose. Meanwhile, Greg found a desire to buy distressed properties for renovation and resell.
His desire and hard work led to many experiences working side by side with the different trades involved over the next five years. Honing his skills Greg honed quickly gained the knowledge of all phases of construction from foundation to finish carpentry. This knowledge resulted in Greg passing the General Contractors exam in 1992.
- D. Enterprises and Danz Construction were established soon thereafter.
Greg’s love and desire to help homeowners drives his hands-on approach by personally managing each job. Greg is adamant about keeping maintaining timelines, budgets, and manage his crew efficiently. No problem is unsolvable for Greg Danz and your project will be run with the same care, quality, and attention to detail he would expect in his own home.
